In my clinical practice, I often emphasize the principle of acquiring essential life navigation skills, especially for those grappling with mental health challenges. With expertise in psychiatric evaluation and evidence-based treatment, I tailor individual approaches to meet individual needs, integrating diet and exercise for optimal well-being. While my primary emphasis is on medication management, I consistently advocate for skill-building, encouraging the confrontation of fears and the pursuit of mastery over them. I guide individuals across all age groups, specializing in anxiety, stress management, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, PTSD, and gender-related issues.
